หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Duties and Responsibilities

•Control production process in terms of quality time and product quality to meet production schedule.
•Monitor and report daily production issues occurred in responsible area to manager
•Conduct or support improvement project related to waste, defect, and loss time in process using lean methodology.
•control and observe productivity and generate improvement idea such as tool design, job allocation , layout , motion, and headcount reduction in order to achieve target,
•Instructor educate shop floor level to follow the operation procedure in order to increase their efficiency and productivity
•Responsible to organize document such as work instruction, specification, inventory control and process handover check sheet.
•Coordinate smoothly with concerned department to ensure production performance.
•Analyze root cause of any quality issue complained by customer and propose corrective & preventive action ensuring customer satisfaction.
•Lean knowledge is preferred
•Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualification
•2-5 year experiences in Manufacturing industries as process control or related field in food manufacturing will be advantage
•Bachelor degree in any Engineer or related field
•Good command of English both oral and written
•Ability to analyze and synthesize situations
•Can work as shift rotation when needed to standby night shift or holiday
