• EARTH’s business is selling coal to domestic and international customers. The company bought coal from suppliers and a subsidiary company in Indonesia.
• The company was listed on Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) by using Back Door listing and now hold 100 percent of the shares of Energy Perfect Co., Ltd. on December 13th, 2010 and started trading on May 18th, 2011 onwards.
• The Company had increased the market capital from 2,222.71 million baht to 3,027.62 million baht and had issued a paid-up capital of 2,949.01 million baht as of March, 20th 2013.
Energy Perfect Company Limited (EPCL) is incorporated on January, 5th 2007 with a registered capital of 20 million baht. Now, the company has issued and paid-up capital of 200 million baht. The company operates two plants which are coal storing, crushing and aggregating plant in Sriracha, Chonburi and coal warehouse in Nakhon Luang, Ayutthaya.
