Security Management: Implement and manage security measures, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and compliance policies. File Sharing User Support: Provide technical assistance to users experiencing issues with file sharing systems, including setup, access, and troubleshooting. System Administration: Manage and maintain file sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive) to ensure optimal performance and security. Access Management: Configure and manage user permissions and access controls to ensure data security and compliance. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to file sharing, including connectivity problems, synchronization errors, and file corruption.
