Coordinate with MCs and other relevant team members to plan and execute live events.

Ensure all live events are well-prepared and executed on time.

Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage viewers during live streams.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative marketing mechanics for live events.

Analyze data from the seller center to measure the performance of livestreams and video content.

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

[Optional] Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing livestream teams and overseeing live events.

Strong background in content creation, with a focus on short video formats.

Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.

Proficient in using seller center data to drive decisions and improve performance.

Ability to create and manage live schedules effectively.

Creative thinker with experience in developing marketing strategies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
