หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Online Sales Strategy Development o Develop and implement online sales strategies to drive growth across all online channels (website, social commerce, and marketplace).
• Sales and Customer Service Operations o Oversee the daily sales and customer service operations for all online channels, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Product and Pricing Accuracy o Ensure accurate product listings and pricing across all online channels to maintain a high level of consistency and transparency for customers.
• Customer Experience Optimization o Continuously optimize the online customer experience through enhancements in website navigation, product information, checkout processes, and customer service response times.
• Marketplace Performance Metrics Management o Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI for all online marketing efforts.
• Team Management and Collaboration o Manage and lead the Marketplace team in setting, tracking, and achieving KPIs. Foster collaboration with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure alignment with broader company goals. o Propose and coordinate training topics for the marketplace team to enhance their skills, ensuring continuous improvement in performance.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least 1-3 years of proven experience in e-commerce management
• Strong understanding of online sales strategies, performance metrics, and customer service operations
• Experience in consumer audio / musical instruments industry or marketplace industry or modern trade industry is a plus.
• Must be able to converse in professional level of English
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop the team
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication and organization skills
