หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Gathers business operation data and market research to analyze opportunities for enhancing competitiveness.
• Research tools, technologies, innovations, or new work patterns that could be applied to improve work efficiency.
• Liaises employees across departments to collect insights.
• Deliver knowledge presentations, reports or support relevant information to internal and external departments as appropriate or as assigned.
• Searching for solutions for evolving business requirements and needs.
• Participation in ad hoc projects as a part of working group.
• Helps departmental leaders implement new policies, procedures, and processes.
• Works closely with the sales, marketing, finance, operation, and technology teams.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

MUST
- 8+ years of experience in operation analyst, business analyst and customer service or related from insurance.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, and data analytics.
- Experience in analyzing documents (financial and non-financial) and drawing conclusions.
- Detailed oriented, risk focused and good analytical and report writing skills.
- Very good knowledge of English. Some Chinese would be advantageous.
