หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsible
• To conduct radio network optimization, undertaking coverage and interference improvement and analysis for GSM/WCDMA/LTE/NR network.
• To use various tools to perform, analyze, troubleshoot, identify and provide solutions or suggestion on RF optimization from statistic performance and drive test for discuss with customer.
• Manage optimization activities including deployment of drive test teams, analysis of drive test results and recommendations for parameter tuning as necessary.
• Establish and implementation of reporting structures on progress against project deliverables and KPIs to meet project timelines, budget, negotiate and achieve network KPIs during RF optimization.
• Coordination and working with drive test teams to meet customer test cases requirements properly with a target to complete all tasks on time.

Qualification
• Thai language command is a MUST. English is secondary.
• Able to work well in a team and in fast changing mode.
• At least 3 years of experience in RF optimization projects.
• Familiar in the fundamentals of GSM/WCDMA/LTE/NR Technologies and willing to learn beyond
• Familiar in multi vendors' cellular equipment operation and network optimization.
• Excellent knowledge of tools experience for RF planning and RF optimization.
• Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays, and under stressful conditions when needed.
• MUST be able to travel/relocate to North-East/Bangkok region.
