หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement overall test strategies aligned with project goals.
• Create and manage test plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define testing scope and objectives.
• Lead and motivate a team of testers to achieve project goals.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support.
• Evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Track and manage defects using defect tracking tools.
• Coordinate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely fixes.
• Identify and assess potential risks that could impact testing activities.
• Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and clients.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues.
• Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Promote a culture of quality within the team.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance testing processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging testing technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior testers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in software testing, preferably with leadership experience in testing fleet management systems or similar applications.
• Proficiency in test planning, design, execution, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing principles.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestLink) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong commitment to quality assurance.
• Passion for software testing and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and testing techniques.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate testing activities.
• Ability to develop and implement overall test strategies aligned with project goals.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
