- To serve as counter service primary contact person for walk-in customers as well as sales representatives, business partners and prospects for enquests including financial transaction and problem solving of day-to-day business.
- To handle simple disdrepancies, clarifications in transaction at counter service with a level of service that exceeds customers' expectations.
