| Human Resources Supervisor |
| ¤Ø³ÊÁºÑµÔ¼ÙéÊÁѤà : |
- Thai nationality, age over 26 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher of Human Resources Management,
Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 3 years experience of human resources functions
including recruitment, payroll, welfare & benefits, staff training &
development, labor relations and HRIS.
- Good command in English and computer literacy
- Strong organizing, interpersonal, communication and
coordination skills. |

- To Manage whole recruitment process and develop its process
and tool.
- To handle and supervise HR functions e.g. activities,
compensation and some employee engagement program.
- To coordinate and with manager and supervisor for the technical
course setting and planning.
- To coordinate with local and international training institutes and
organizations.
- To Assist Senior Human Resources & Training Manager to
identify training needs and organize development programs.
- To conduct the training course evaluation and maintain accurate
records of all training activities.
- Keep record of all training budget and activities.
- Assist Senior Human Resources & Training Manager to prepare
annual evaluations and administer performance management
system.
