- Experienced in Call center, Customer service at least 1-2 year.
- Experienced in insurance business will be an advanctage.
- Good command in spoken and written in English.

- To serve as inbound call primary contact person for customers as well as sales representatives, business partners and prospects for enquests, service requests and problem solving of day-to-day business.
- To handle simple disdrepancies, clarifications in transaction with a level of service that exceeds customers' expectations.
- To work with other departments for service requirments required.
- To provide administrative assistant and support Click-Call-Face Department. |
